Candidates who have taken Voluntary Retirement from any of the Public Sectors with good and sound health are only eligible to apply for the posts.

Selected candidates will be placed to work at Pre-Commissioning / Commissioning/ O&M plants initially at EIL-GSPC Project, Kakinada but candidates required to work in any of the projects across India or in aborad, only such candidates required to apply for the posts.
Candidates selected entitled for consolidated remuneration shall be Rs. 83,000/- per month. Other terms & conditions shall be as per Company's approved policy.
The contract is of one year or duration of project, whichever is earlier.

Candidate profile
Retired Personnel / Who have taken Voluntary Retirement from any of the Public Sectors in India.
Candidate should have requisite experience in Refineries/ Petrochemical/ Fertilizers/ Hydrocarbon/ On-shore Oil & Gas processing/ Offshore Oil & Gas processing/Power Plant etc in a public sector unit.
He should have hands on experience in plant operations or O& M in any of the above mentioned areas; must have hands on experience in panel & field operations; should have worked as in charge of overall operations/Production Manager for a period of minimum 5 years, should have been associated with Planning & scheduling activities, developing procedures, coordination with various contractors/ maintenance engineers etc. to effectively lead the operation & maintenance activities. Experience in Pre-commissioning, commissioning activities is desirable.
The candidate should be well versed with the startup & operation of various rotary machines, viz. multistage pumps, compressors, turbines etc. and should be well versed with the startup & operation of various Process & Mechanical equipments in a unit.
Experience in Gas Sweetening Unit, Gas Dehydration Unit, Dew point depression unit, Sulphur recovery unit, Power Plant, Utilities and Offsites is preferable.
