Name of the Post: Assistant Legislative Counsel (Hindi) No of the Posts: 01 One Pay Scale: Rws. 15600 - 39100 plus grade pay of Rs. 6600/- Eligibility: Candidate holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre / department or with five year service in grade randered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the scale of pay of Rs. 9300 - 34800 plus grade pay of Rs. 4600/- or equivalent in the parent cadre / Department and possessing master's degree in law (LLM) from recognized University or equivalent and must be member of state judicial service for a period of five years or must have held a post in the legal department of state government for 5 years.
