A walk in interview will be held on 5 August 2013 at 10:00 AM at Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati for the SRF & JRF position in a DST sponsored project entitled "Utilization and synthesis of fly ash based bi-functional catalyst in bio-diesel production" at the department of Chemical Engineering. The appointment will be on a contract basis for a period of 1 year and it may be extended based on performance.Qualification & Experience:For SRF: The candidate should have MTech in Chemical/Biochemical/Environmental Engineering or related subjects. Pay scale is Rs. 18000/- plus HRA and Medical facilities as per IITG rules.For JRF: The candidate should have BTech or equivalent degree in Chemical Engineering or MSc in Chemistry or related subject. GATE/NET score is desirable. The pay scale is Rs. 16000/- per month and HRA and medical facilities are applicable as per IITG rules.
