Job Responsibilities:
1. To look after the operations of every site.
2. To arrange manpower.
3. To train, groom, motivate and evaluate the performance of the employees.
4. To lead, guide, direct and develop the team members.
5. To maintain daily attendance of all employees.
6. To prepare duty roaster.
7. To watch manpower and materials costing of every site.
8. To inspect all the areas and ensure the highest cleaning standards are met.
9. To ensure the organizations policies and procedures are followed.
10. To give surprise site visit particularly in the night shift.
11. To monitor daily job performance of employees.
12. To maintain inventory of material and uniform of every site.
13. To get feedback from the clients about the quality of our services.
14. To find out root cause of the problems that arises within the site.
15. To attend management meetings.
16. To handle the department within the budget by forecasting and scheduling staff members.
17. To keep a close liaison with front office and maintenance department.
