1. Need to gather technical architecture and requirements and analyze the same.
2. Have to design and develop upgrade utility tool and Frequently Asked Queries (FAQ) tool.
3. Need to provide solution to the technical queries received from project teams.
4. Should take responsibility in guiding project team in technical solution definition during implementation of the project.
5. Need to perform analysis of system, application and data.
6. Need to map business processes to the applications.
7. Have to create a high level design for system architecture.
8. Need to assist team in custom development tasks, review the technical design and validate the same.
9. Have to impart training to employees in different technologies.
10. Need to interface regularly with product teams.
11. Need to monitor gaps in one's own required competencies & enroll for relevant learning.
12. Have to create a development plan.
