Assam Industrial Development Corporation Limited, AIDC has invited applications from Indian nationals for filling up the DGM position in Guwahati.
1. The candidate should have a Post Graduate degree/diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Social Work (with Personnel Management) /Business Administration (with Personnel Management) from a recognize institute/university.
2. The candidate should have at least 18 years of work experience in manpower planning and handling, framing of HR policy, industrial relations, labour welfare, career planning, training and development etc.
3. Candidates having a degree in law will be an added advantage.
4. The age of the candidate should be in the range of 40 to 50 years.
5. Pay band for this position is Rs. 12000 - 40000/- with a grade pay of Rs. 7400/-. The total gross salary will be 38430/- pm and other perks and allowances are applicable as per AIDC rules.
