- The candidates should have knowledge of Unix, Oracle, C++, Pascal and/or J2EE.
- Should have knowledge of API's, XML, JAVA, and APACHE.
- Should have industry knowledge of distribution center logistics or marine terminal management.
- Must be good at customer service and verbal communication skills.
- Need to have excellent time management skills.
- Should have troubleshooting and problem solving capability.
- Required to work in shifts also.Responsibilities
- Need to review and verify software bug reports using web based tools, email, and telephone.
- Need to do installation and configuration of software bug patch fixes for Oracle/Unix based, C++, Pascal, and J2EE based software products.
