Biswanath College has invited application for the Assistant Professor position in Physics and Chemistry subject with revised pay band Rs. 15,600/- 39,100/- + AGP 6000/- with other allowances as per the rules. Candidates who have been awarded the PhD degree in accordance with the UGC regulations 2009 (Minimum standards and procedures for the award of PhD degree) exempt from the eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET. For Assistant Professor in Physics, there is one unreserved post. The candidate should have Electronics as special paper. For Assistant Professor in Chemistry, there are two posts, one is reserved for ST (P) and should have Inorganic Chemistry as Special paper and the other position is for OBC/MOBC where candidate should have Organic Chemistry as special paper.
