1. The candidate should have a Diploma/BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering with a minimum 50% marks. Defense personnel may apply for this position.
2. The candidate must have at least 5 years experience in the telecom sector for maintaining passive telecom infrastructure like Tower, DG, battery bank, SMPS etc.
3. The position is available for Jorhat cluster of Assam.
4. The candidate will be responsible to train the new recruits that join under him.
5. To receive the calls from NOC & OMCR for any kind of issues and direct the same to the concerned technician and take the feedback from the site and do the needful for resolving such issues to restore sites.
6. To find out the weakness of technicians and arrange to provide for necessary trainings.
7. The candidate should have very good communication skills, pleasant personality, and very good management and team handling skills.
8. Will have to manage around 100 telecom towers under his cluster with 10 to 20 technicians under him. The candidate will have to do O & M activity of towers, including various key factors like uptime, energy cost etc.
9. The candidate should be technically sound with very good knowledge about electrical works, power, DG etc.
10. The candidate should have a driving license and must be active 24X7.
