Degree in Law with minimum 60% marks, LLM desirable
1 to 3 years post qualification experience in the Legal Department of an Industrial Enterprise/ Company
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be part of corporate legal team and will assist in all legal matters of the company, such as drafting legal notices, plaints, written statements, writ petitions, appeals, case papers, affidavits, drafting/vetting of agreements, MOUs and contracts, trademark/intellectual property registration, arbitration matters, managing litigation database, coordinating/follow-up with company's legal counsels etc.
