Graduate in Law.
5 years in contract management in large corporation, thorough understanding of Business terms & activities, thorough understanding and comprehension of legal, excellent drafting skills, excellent Communication skills, experience in PSU with project execution is desirable.
Responsibilities:
Creates updates and manages internal databases containing comprehensive client contract files. Such databases will include as a minimum the original client contract, all amendments / modifications / change orders to the client contract, formal client correspondence, the log of delivery obligations required by the client contract and other material as appropriate. This will also include the entry of contract data into database fields
