Job Description:
1. The candidate should be able to acquire new and potential clients for Current accounts and Savings account (CASA), Fixed Deposits, Insurance products etc.
2. Apart from the core products, the candidate will be responsible for cross selling of all the products in the market.
3. Candidate will have to meet the target of new customer acquisition month on month (MOM) basis and quarter on quarter (QOQ) basis.
4. To know the necessity of the customer and analyze the needs, and offer the best possible products to them with best transparency.
5. While selling the products, the candidate should abide strictly with all the norms and guidelines as defined by the Yes Bank Limited.
6. To maintain all the database of the clients and management information system and provide it to the organization time to time.
7. The candidate should have very good communication and writing skills, Enthusiastic and willing to do field visit.
8. The candidate should have a graduate or post graduate degree in any discipline or MBA from a reputed/recognized university with very good academic record.
9. The candidate should have experience of 6 months to 8 years in the relevant field.
10. Salary is negotiable for deserving candidates.
