Candidate profile: should have BE / Diploma in Computer Science with hold MCSE / MCSA /MCP Certified and Expertise knowledge on Windows Server 2012 / 2008 / 2003.
Must have min.4 to 7 years in globally distributed enterprise environment. Strong understanding of ITIL processes, particularly in Incident / problem management, change management, release management. Tool knowledge is Mandatory.
