Caterpillar has advertised for the recent vacant post of Agile Team Leader- Salesforce in Chennai.Candidate Profile: Must be an Engineering degree with minimum 8 years of experience in Software Development.
Must have proven experience with leadership of software development groups and projects and delivering large projects on time and within budget. Must have appropriate experience working in a Scrum Master, Project Manager or other comparable role and familiar with a variety of SDLC concepts, practices and procedures.
Must have Complete knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, Sprint Planning, Product Backlogs, Sprint Backlogs). Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Candidate with PMP or Scrum Master Certification and Six Sigma experience is a plus.
