Shell Global is recruiting for the post of Senior Process Technologist Propylene Oxide Derivatives in Bangalore.
Eligibility: Should be a Master degree in either chemistry and/or (chemical) engineering with min. 10 years of deep and broad technical experience in at least two relevant (chemical) technologies.
Should have less than 3 yrs manufacturing experience for roles which focus on process technology support or in operations. Experience in projects is considered a plus.
should have knowledge of Solid Process Engineering and/or Technology and/or R&D skills. should possess good written and spoken communication skills and fluent in English.
Candidate will be Provide technology services and process expertise to the PODer plants in Shell Downstream and JV'
Support implementation of process and/ or design-improvements. To Lead and supporting process and basic design work and plant start-ups for PODer projects.
Should be able to Maintain and improve the PODer process design in existing and new assets. Ability to Coach young recruits.
