Eligibility:
For Transfer on Deputation:
Officers under the Central / State Government, holdng analogous post on regular basis or deputy superintendent of police or equilalent or regular basis or inspector of police or equivalent with 02 years regular service in the grade or sub-inspector of police or equivalent with three years regular service in the grade.
For Armed Forces Personnel:
Armed Forces Personnel of rank of 2nd lieutenant or equivalent due to retire or to be transferred to reserve with in a period of one year.
