1. The candidate should have a BE/BTech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or institute with very good academic record.
2. The candidate should have at least 8 to 10 years experience in the similar field of Telecom Infra Management.
3. As per circle KPI, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining site uptime to meet the KPI.
4. To review and analyze the outages of the sites and find out out possible reason through root cause analysis and plan to eliminate such outages with proper timeline.
5. To analyze the repeat failure cases and take immediate corrective & preventive measures to avoid such repeat failures.
6. To increase the site tenancy, do necessary development of sites by upgrading network equipments or replacing the same.
7. To ensure availability of sufficient tools, measuring instruments like Site Master, VSWR meter, earthing measurement equipments etc. to carry out day to day O&M activities.
8. Train and develop the O&M team for effective and efficient working.
9. To do necessary vendor management and to have control on vendor activities.
10. Salary is negotiable and will be offered best in the industry.
